Surrounding escape balconies with greenery, visible timber surfaces and an open layout emphasise the building’s environmentally conscious approach.
The commendation at the 2025 German Timber Construction Award recognises the project’s architectural and design quality. The jury praised its “refined detailing, clear language and material-appropriate execution.”
